Please ensure that you read and understand the following carefully before you proceed to purchase with us.

Once your purchase is confirmed, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

KINDLY NOTE that products displayed on www.bakhache.com.my are offered for sale within the limit of available stocks and under the conditions of sale specified on the website in particular the pricing conditions.

Refunds can be done only if (i) the item{s) purchased is out of stock or (ii) the item(s) is flawed (defect item) and unable to be replaced.

All items sold are solely on a `first come first serve’ basis. Full payment must be made upon placing the order.

All sales are final, no refund/cancellation is allowed once the order has been placed.

The utmost care is taken by Bakhache Luxuries in the presentation and the description of the products displayed on the website. However, in spite of this, substantive errors or omissions do occur. The colours of the products may vary mainly due to the colour settings of the individual’s computer and might appear brighter or darker. There may also be slight discrepancies in measurement of the product. Bakhache Luxuries will not, whatsoever and in any case, be held liable for such errors or omissions based on the purchaser’s expectation and/or perspective.

ONCE an order is in the `Processing’, status, changes or replacements of any kind, cannot be made.

All reasonable efforts to deliver the order will be made by us. However, customers are responsible to arrange for someone to receive and sign for the package at the delivery address given. The company is not be responsible for failure to deliver due to an incomplete or incorrect address and phone number, name or the package being received by unauthorized persons. Postcode, company name if applicable, must be included as well. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended to at the time of delivery.

Any damage or loss to the goods during the delivery process to the customer’s address is not the responsibility of Bakhache Luxuries and refunds will not be made.

EXCHANGE of DEFECTIVE goods can ONLY be done if the buyer reports the issue to us within seven (7) days upon receipt of the item(s). Any reports made after the seven (7) day period will not be accepted or entertained. In your communication to us, you are required to attach a clear photo of the damaged or defective item(s) with the description of the product(s) and the said damage or defect in your written submission.
